Back in February, I had the pleasure of sampling some tasty Chiantis that are being privately imported into San Miguel de Allende at a wine-pairing lunch (you can read about it here: http://dondayinsma.com/2017/02/09/ive-got-monna-lisa-smile-new-shipment-chianti-arrived-san-miguel/).
This month, those same Chiantis will be opened at a wine-pairing dinner at Vinos+Tapas when guest chef Mark Tamiso teams up with chef/owner Stefania Chavez.
The dinner will be kicked off with the chupita de jitomate that I blogged about last week. The price is 850 pesos. For reservations, email reservas@vinosmastapas.com.
