At next month’s San Miguel de Allende wine-pairing dinner, we will be exploring the wine regions of Spain. With six different courses each accompanied by a different wine.

The menu, I think, speaks for itself.

GAMBAS ESPANOLAS
Served hot with oil, parsley, ancho chili and bistro-made bread

Bistro Mi Casa is our host for One Night In Madrid and co-owner Anders Litzen has agreed to not put any mark-up on the wines, making this, once again, an evening of extraordinary values.

The dinner will be held on February 6. Start time is 7:00 pm. Mi Casa Bistro is located in the Instituto Allende at Calle Ancha de San Antonio 22. The price for the six course dinner and five accompanying wines is 950 pesos per person.

Reservations should be made by email to Anders at 2suecos@gmail.com. Anders will confirm by return email or will send regrets if the event is already sold out (every wine-pairing dinner has so far).
