The dinner is being held at Firenze, in honor of them receiving the most votes in the previous year’s competition. The date is Wednesday, April 1. The start time is 6:30 pm. The address is Recreo #13. The price per person is $900 plus beverages and gratuity.
Please note that Firenze is a small venue and, even though this invitation is only open to those who voted in the current year’s competition for San Miguel’s favorite restaurant, the event traditionally sells out within the first few minutes of the announcement.

First course:
Cavatelli pasta with asparagus and guanciale
Second course:
Salmon with fresh mango salsa
Third course:
NY steak with potatoes, arugula and tomatoes
Dessert:
Macerated mix of berries, mascarpone cream
