Chef Mauro Torres will be featuring seafood from Mexico’s west coast and I will be helping to pour some of the Valle de Guadalupe’s best-value wines.

The dinner will be held at Grille Torres on Tuesday, November 27. Start time is 7:00 pm. Grille Torres is located at Callejon de La Bayoneta 2, just off Ancha de San Antonio, in San Miguel de Allende. The price for the five course dinner and five accompanying wines is $950 plus service. Cash is greatly appreciated.

Grille Torres is a small venue and space is very limited. Reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis and should be made by email to dondayinsma@yahoo.com. I will confirm by return email or will send regrets if the event is already sold out. And please note that, as the dinner is priced as a break-even event, no-shows are still expected to pay.
